Almost perfect

I recently bought 2 units of this external batteries, and they work pretty well, as they recharge my iphone as fast as recharging on the wall plug, and let the iphone be recharged first when connected on a computer USB port. Problem is, it doesn’t get “locked” on the iphone, and they get loosey, and sometimes you may think it is recharging and it is not (maybe it is a little bit crooked), and it is most noticeable when you use an external case on the iphone.
A good battery, as long as you can keep it plugged on your iphone…

The customer service is really bad

A very unhappy experience with the Customer Service. I received the phone yesterday, but then found the charger did not work. I called the company’s phone number. A guy picked up my phone, then cut off the line. Then I called again, describing the problem. However, he did not firstly answer my question, but told me that I have accent and asked where I am from. It was quite insulting! For the whole process, he was impatient. And finally when the conversation was almost done and he said he would send me another charger. I heard he murmured from another side:”holly”. I have called so many customer service so far, and this was my first experience to meet such an unprofessional and impatient one. If you care more about people’s accent, then you do not do customer service.

However, I have called the manager today. His attitude is sincere and he has apologized. I hope that the company should train their employee, especially the customer service, to be professional.

it a great phone its price if you are into web surfing

I guess like all touch phone, it is quite tedious to get to the page where you make your phone call. I guess I just need a real phone with real buttons. This phone was hard to set ring tones for individual, cant receive picture without internet service, and can’t listned to music on blue tooth. Maybe I am new to this phone.. but then at the same time I was unable to find any info on this stuff anywhere.

good battery life

Everything was in good condition when it arrived and everything worked correctly. The battery lasts twice as long as the stock EVO battery. Stock battery would barely last me through my work day but this one lasts the entire day and when I go to bed at night I still usually have 25% left. This is with moderate use and I do everything on it in a given day, phone calls, text, video, internet etc…

Only cons would be weight and bulk of the phone now, but this was to be expected and it isn’t anything unmanageable. Also wall charger isn’t all that great takes about 6 or 7 hours for full charge, from what I have experienced.
Overall I do recommend and I do not regret my purchase.

The battery lasts so much longer than my original battery. I don’t feel the need to keep my charger around me 24/7. The sd card slot thingy is awesome! and the external battery charger thing is awesome too. and it came with a screen protector! AWESOME!!

1700mA, not 1900? Good otherwise.

Bought this item from the same seller (other than Amazon store, but same seller and item)and underneath of their label, which says 1900mAh, there’s manufacturers part number suggesting only 1700mAh. Otherwise, the battery is of a good quality and lasts a little bit longer than OEM – by an hour or two. Worth the $14-15 price.

Got this for my brother. His HTC Amaze kept shutting off and doing all sorts of weird things…he tried getting a new SIM card and some other things…nothing worked. I got him this battery and it solved his problems. Works fine. 🙂
